Ico Costa
Domingos e Neusia são um jovem casal de uma pequena cidade de Moçambique. Ela vai à escola, ele tem um trabalho mal pago numa oficina de lavagem de carros. Ansiando por uma vida melhor, ele decide-se por uma mudança. Domingos embarca então numa viagem por Moçambique, em direcção às minas de ouro no norte do país. Enquanto isso, Neusia espera em casa.
